- My Approach
Life's too short to spend hours at the gym with mindless movements.
Age, injury, pregnancies, sedentary lifestyle take a toll on our bodies, therefore I put extra emphasis on a couple of principles:
- One-size fits all does not work for the human body. We are individuals with different genetics, predispositions and habits. Therefore, I customize the instructions and cues to each of my client’s needs
- Everyone deserve to function to best of their abilities. My ob-gyn wrote me off that I would never be able to run after childbirth because of leaking. I now run and jump!
- I try to stay up to date on research and education to make sure I provide the best service based on latest research.
- The goal is not only to look good but be functional. It may look good to fit in a size 8 dress but it is not good to be in pain after a long hike or standing one hour in a line at the store.
- We can’t cheat our bodies, especially after certain age.

My main goal is to teach you correct movement so that you’re self-sufficient and are able to workout to your favorite program HIIT, bootcamp or crossfit with needing me less and less.

The exercises are complex and challenging. I never would have thought that even a simple breathing exercise would help me be a better runner.
